17,July we accept one order payment amount total only$50,just 20 meter ball chains.although this is far away from our MOQ 500meter.
this customer is required a lot than we are expecting.
first,we consider the payment amount is very less and do not know which way is the best to accept this amount,because if we ask her to pay us by wire transfer,then our bank at least deduct us the bank charges around $20,our benefit is much less than this lost. finally we tell them how to use the credit card to pay to our Paypal account, it seems that this is first time for them to use this way and insterested to have this experience,they try twice to test how to use it and finally sucessful finished the payment.
they request us to send their order within one day ,our usual sample production time need 3 days,and we rush our production department to be more and more quickly.
at last this customer ask us to send her order within1 days.we have never send so quickly with courier. our forwarder cooperate us very well and after we ordered,they come our company without delay any time and suggest us to have sunnday service,after we get the courier tracking number and give to customer.
she give me a email and say three thanks to me. i appreciated this comments very much.
